The awards, which are run by HerbertNathan & Co and Forum4iT, are now in their fourth year of operation. They aim to bring recognition to HR-focused digital projects and celebrate & showcase best-in-class work, both within the target companies as well as collaborations with external implementation partners.
The nomination is shared between the customer Diaverum, its implementation partner Gavdi AB and us at HR Digitaliseringsgruppen, which was responsible for the internal project management that managed the d.PEOPLE project from feasibility study to implementation.
HerbertNathan & Co says: "The project was an initiative to centralize master data in a large organization, make the data available for analytics to the organization, and to replace previous system support for learning and Performance & Goals. The implementation spans national borders and most languages, which has made the project a complex challenge. These difficulties were tackled with the help of open communication, a committed project team and carefully selected implementation partners."
Commenting on this recognition, Kirsty Bashforth, Diaverum’s Chief Business Officer, said: “This nomination is something that we are very proud of. We are a growing company with an ambitious vision of enabling fulfilling lives for our patients driven by exceptional medical quality, our True care culture and a strategy of digitalisation. The Human Capital Management (HCM) solution we have implemented together with Gavdi, is vital and foundational to this mission. We have moved from totally decentralised systems in our 24 markets to one core platform in two years from its inception, and we are now adding more modules in the next phase during 2022. We are a small, dedicated team – it just shows what you can do with clear purpose and a great team.”
The d.PEOPLE platform is the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors’ standard HCM solution, that went live in April 2021. It has been recognised by the judging panel due its implementation spanning more than 20 markets and 16 languages, making this an especially complex project to bring to fruition.
Håkan Petersson, Diaverum’s Director of Global Leadership and Development, commented on the collective efforts that brought d.PEOPLE to life: “The overarching goal for our project was to digitalise the common HR processes and create a modern HR, workforce and manager environment, with an-easy-to-use system supporting the global and local needs. I am very proud of the amazing teamwork that elevated existing processes and access to a new level”.
